PSW110 Bad Amp

I picked up a PSW110 for $12. I figured there was an issue but it initially played with limited testing. When I got it home, it sounded like the voice coil was scratching but it turns out to be the amp. On my o-scope, the output signal is distorted. None of the caps are bulged but a resistor starts smoking when I push the thing.
The woofer seems on good shape as does the cabinet. Any recommendations for a replacement plate amp? I've been looking at Parts Express but could do other.

Plate on my M&K V-1B went out last year. Picked up a new one at PE. HSU amps on close out. 250 watt for $75. Wish I'd bought 2 now.--Gary--
