5500 Sound bar with Sub

The sub keeps making clicking or popping noises whether there is something playing or not. I've tried the resync process but problem persists...any help is appreciated. Also it has done this since new last Sept.

    Spoke with Tech support, nothing they can do as product has been discontinued. Considering I just bought this 7 months ago and this was the first Polk product I've bought, it will be the last. Thought I'd try something new cause it sounded great in the store. Should have paid the extra and went with Samsung sound bar as usual. Lesson learned.
