Does anyone wonder if they run around doing stuff in their sleep?

I get up and shower and find various abrasions, contusions and fractures but no cool tattoos all over me and it makes me wonder where I have been in my sleep. Maybe I don't have insomnia?

    That's aliens.

As for me -- heck fire, I don't do anything when I'm awake, much less when I'm asleep.

Have you ever experienced “sleeping paralysis”? You are awake but can’t move? Fully aware of what is going on, sounds, people talking etc? The stage between awake but still asleep?

    Just wondering.

In Asian countries. This phenomenon that you speak of has been known for over a millennia. There is a ghostly myth to it.

Try sleeping on your sides instead of your back or chest down. Chest down and pressure on heart you will likely dream of flying (side note).

I guarantee it will go away.

Set up a night-vision camera and post what it finds... this place could use a good laugh sometimes.

Careful there John, remember what TonyB saw when another Polkie was sleeping
That’s probably why he’s having the issues he’s having now

Hahaha. I am sure the video footage will be clear as capturing Big Foot or UFO’s.

Now if I saw an image of me floating around. I will just have to accept I am a caped crusader and heed my own advice. Sleep sideways. Haha

What I have heard is that you are dreaming that you are awake and thus the paralysis. This is a good thing, imagine if you acted out your dreams .

My ex-gf would take Ambien for insomnia. Her "other self" would get up and do stuff around the house. Sometimes she'd wake me up to do it. I'd be like "Damn, we just did it 2 hours ago... Oh well" She was a freak. I miss her.

One of my co-workers brothers, on Ambien, drove to Seattle in his sleep. Woke up in his car parked in front of a convenience store. He didn't take Ambien ever again.

I should put Gopro's on my cats. Their lives are probably more interesting than mine.

I think the sleep walking is a side effect. Not everyone has that issue thankfully.

My ex would get up and raid the fridge at night, then blame me for eating something. Once we were at her folks house for Christmas and during breakfast they were telling her about her kitchen raid and in a low voice she said "Was I wearing clothes?" They all looked at one another and nodded yes. I busted out laughing and said "well that's a first!" They didn't like me much...
