FS: NAD C388 integrated with BluOS-2i

Mint condition NAD C388 integrated amplifier with original remote and all accessories. I purchased this three months ago from an authorized retailer.

Includes the BluOS-2i MDC card installed which adds streaming functionality and control via the BluOS app.

Here's a link to the specific model in question on Crutchfield: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_745C388B2I/NAD-C-388-BluOS-2i.html

Do not have original box, but will be double boxed and packed safely for transit.

Asking $1,000 shipped. Thanks.

Do you know if this is common ground?

Edit: I just found the PDF owner's manual mentions the amp is not common ground so this won't work for me. Great price, I'm sure it will sell fast.

Could the internal BluOS in this unit take the place of a Node2?

@deronb1 Yes, that is essentially what the BlueOS-2i MDC card does.

I've been using this new unit over the course of the past two weeks. Yesterday, I noticed the sound had improved in regards to detail retrieval and clarity. It seems to finally be breaking in.

Also, I noticed that it really comes into it's stride at higher volumes. This would be a great integrated for those who like to listen on the louder side and really let the speakers stretch their legs.

I believe I just PM'd this, but making sure - I am sorry, I just really don't understand how this forum works. I have a pair of Vienna Acoustics Waltz Grand - currently powered by one of the higher end Denon AV units. It sounds good, but not great. I'm seeking a high quality integrated amp, and like the functionality of the Bluos within this NAD C388 from what I read. The speakers are about 15 ft from the listening area, so I think one of the issues I have is needing more power/wattage. My current unit is 110 RMS, speakers rated to 180. I'm thinking this amp will make a big difference. Any other suggestions welcome. I'm also looking at Primare integrated amps as I have read a few reviews suggesting they match well with the Vienna Acoustics.

The general rule is that you must have 100 posts to purchase. This is to protect the seller from aggravation and as a result many sellers like the OP offer really good deals but only to active forum members.

Stick around, this is a great audio forum!

This NAD C388 uses 150wpc Hypex UcD Class D modules, and will definitely outperform a traditional Denon AVR in the power delivery department.

Slight clarification on the rules... You need 100 posts to sell. It's up to the seller to decide who may buy. Sometimes that's specified up front, but in the end, it's the seller's prerogative.

Ok now that it’s sold I’ll respond. I know that’s the exact rule—I was one of the members who pushed hard for that change—that’s why I said general. Basically I knew drew wasn’t gonna say anything so I was trying to gently let the newb know that this was not available to him...
