SB1+ turns off randomly

We just moved to a new house and had the SB1+ mounted beneath the TV. We pressed the power on button because we lost the remote and Polk says they don’t have any more. After pressing the power button the bar works for a few minutes then just randomly shuts itself off. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try turning the volume up on the cable box or tv. Incoming signal is probably too low. Might have to compensate by turning down the volume on the bar but that should fix it
