“Popping” and “crackling” from sub

Hi everyone!
I purchased a Magnifi Max on Black Friday and I’m starting to hear popping and weird sounds coming from the bass.
We have it hooked up to our tv with the provided hdmi cord in the hdmi input jack labeled “ARC”.
Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge as to what it cashing this and is it fixable or should we return the product?

Same issue here. Popping coming from subwoofer and SR1 rear channel speakers. Very annoying. HELP
