I think outside the box- I have a pair of SDA 1A also that do not have wooden tops. I have yet to see any wooden top and bottom 1 or 2s with risers installed. It was just more of a curiosity thing.

None of the SDA 1's came with end caps. The SDA 2B was the first of the SDA 2 series to come with end caps.Political Correctness'.........defined
