I bought a ds7200 on Friday from Fry's electronics and it seems to be a return. I am going to call Polk in the morning to help fix this problem. Does this sound like the amp in the sub has a problem?

Thanks.

Possibly... Also could be a connection issue. I've had dirty RCA's create a hiss before.

Talked with Art in San Diego. He suggested the amp might have a problem. I sent in the amp and it needed a repair. A new amp is on the way back. Should have the system up and running shortly. It is a gift for my brother and he is going to be thrilled.

Got the replacement amp yesterday. Works great. Thank you Art and Ken.
