Command Bar - Spotify and Multi-room music

I just got a new Command Bar last night and am having issues with Spotify and Multi Room Music. Multi Room Music works just find with my command bar and the echo in my kitchen if I stream music from Amazon Music but if I ask to use Spotify or try and manually stream to my group of speakers through Spotify it will not play through both speakers. Any help?

Having the same issue. Did you ever resolve it?

No. After getting zero help from Polk I returned the command bar and bought the Yamaha yas-209. It doesn’t have multi room music but is much less buggy than the Polk and Yamaha is willing to help resolve issues if they arise.
