It sure is doing a lot in one little box. Bluesound has a similar product with the vault, but I'm not sure if it's as feature heavy as this one.Analog: MoFi MasterTracker > MoFi UltraDeck > Sutherland 20/20
Digital: Cambridge CXC / Streaming > Cambridge CXN v2
MastersounD Dueventi > Rosso Fiorentino Certaldo or Arcam rHead > Hifiman HE4XX

just reading the still image on the videoConnecting. This could take some time.
sorta put me off
ahem.
But seriously, folks...
I dunno, I use Audacity to 'capture' stuff when the mood strikes. When the mood further strikes, I might convert their data files to, you know, something more portable, on an ad hoc/ ad lib basis.
I don't do it often enough (so far) to see much value-add in in a single box.
Then again, I am retired, so convenience isn't necessarily high on my list for anything any more. It's not like I am in a hurry.
Also, the more stuff in one box -- the more likely something will go wrong, rendering it into a small, elegantly-styled doorstop.

Cocktail Audio and Nativ both make all in one ripping/playing/streaming devices that are pretty nice too."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."
"Unwad those panties and have a good time man. We're all here to help each other, no matter how it might appear." DSkip -
I was thinking about one of them "Cocktail Audio" all in one solutions till I found out it didn't make cocktails.

A pretty cool little gadget that he makes sound insufferably boring.

Cute little entry level gadget that may saffice for those not wanting a real big digital library. Hope someone here grabs one and gives us the real verdict on it."if it's not fun, it's not worth it & remember folks, "It's All About The Music"!!
