Polk Command Bar disconnecting

I have had this soundbar for about 2 months. From time to time the soundbar disconnects from the TV, a Samsung 8000 series. When I select the soundbar in the Samsung menu as my output, it looks like it is receiving the signal, but there is no sound. Any help?

    Have you tried another TV?
