PSW 10 has power light won’t turn green when powered up

Have PSW 10 manufactured August of 16. Can’t get sound out of it no matter how connection is configured. Red light stays on but won’t turn green when switched on, and can’t get sound out of it. I’ve had no luck getting through to support by phone. Does it sound like it needs a new amp?

Isn't worth the hassle fixing in my opinion. You can probably scout your local craigslist and pick up another for 50 bucks. Personally, I'd be looking at other brands on the used markets with a more favorable track record of reliability.

  • Thanks for the pointer. Can’t get any support. Can’t reach a human on the phone. Was hoping they would send a replacement amp. Can’t believe they are still in business.
