I spent nearly three years in the trim and final shop building them, and the family owns three of them, so tons of love here. Cars that backfire suck however....

Any Subaru love? Those backfires when shifting are incredible
I am a fan of how the Subaru boxer engine sounds, definitely.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

I know it's only on two wheels, but give it a listen. It's almost enough to make me want a motorcycle.

Nice bike. I remember 6-8 years ago when the gas prices went over 4 bucks a gallon. You'd see alot of them old Honda's n Yammies pulled out of the barns. It's cool when ya go to a bike show & a guy with a chromed out Harley is upset because there is a crowd viewing a old Honda. I started out on a Honda 50 in the 70's. It had headlight & blinkers & a bracket for a license plate. What memories..

Granted this is a Tremec T-56 swapped Lightning. They only came in automatic from the factory but this is what driving a Lightning sounds like all the time.

Nothing in the world like an F1 V12 screaming at 19,000 rpm. It makes your ear drums vibrate so much you'd think you have bees in your ears.
I agree. One of my fav drivers in lights and sound. Ayrton Senna, McLaren/Honda V10. A lap at Suzuka.

A Honda F1 engine revving at 19,000 is a recipe for "KABLAMMO".

Favorite that I have owned is a 2005 Volvo S60R. Inline 5 cyl turbo AWD 300 hp stock. After just a tune it was about 330 hp. The video is with no mods. Love the sound that 5 cyl made.
