As a member of this forum you most definitely have a dog in the fight. Unfortunately, it seems your statement is somewhat supportive of the posters actions, or, at least tolerant. Not a good side of the fence to be on, in my humble opinion.

Taking up for a poster that's terrorizing the forum with the level of vulgarity that he/she has is the issue. If you take up for that person, and, go so far as to suggest they get free gear because of it, then you don't grasp the real issue. I don't care what your issue with Jesse is, that's not even in the zip code here, but to take up for someone that is posting incessant, crude posts, that could place the entire forum in jeopardy, is inexcusable. Has nothing to do with having a difference of opinion on an audio subject, it's much deeper than that.
I'm a grown man, I didn't feel like this individual was terrorising anyone. Let's not get too caught up in this. If you felt terrorized perhaps you should seek assistance.

I have zero beef with you, but with all due respect, I think you’re missing the point.
First, I would come to the defense of any regular member here - you included - in the face of such an attack. As The Dude says, “This aggression will not stand, man...” it’s about being part of a community, or a family. Would you “have a dog in the fight” if someone was saying such things about you brother? Your wife? It’s ok to care about people that are not genetic family, and treat them as such.
Second, this is an attack on the forum. I for one, do not want Polk to decide that it’s just not worth it to keep this space open. Nor do I have any personal issue with you (la2vegas) but, defending this person and their actions is indefensible. It's not about liking or disliking a person, it's about what's happening to the forum, and, what could possibly happen as a result. To answer you, I don't feel terrorized personally, but, this is a form of cyber terrorism against this forum I love. I was asking for assistance when I implore you to not reward this type of behavior.
