OMNI SB1 soundbar turns off every 1-2 minute with blinking red lights

Worked flawlessly for 2+ years and suddenly stops working. When I turn it on, it works for few seconds, and I see 3-5 blinking red lights and it powers off. Even when it is off, it would blink red 3-5 times and continue to be off.

Anyone know how to fix this?
