I ve got a new magnifi maxsr sound system last week.
I connected it via HDMI arc to my Samsung TV (75RU 7100) TV.
When I m watching movie or listening music. Sound level goes up by itself suddenly and its very frequent that I cant use the system.
I did the last firmware update via internet and another time I reset the system , I tried also IR remote command learning procedures but it is still the same.
Can you please assist how can I solve this problem?
