Polk DSB1 Modes Stopped Working

Had my sound bar and sub for about a year now. Had a little problems here and there, but this one is driving me insane. For some reason it never wants to shut off. And now the modes won’t work. If I try to change it, the lights won’t dim and the buttons on the remote don’t work. If anyone out there can help me, I’d be really appreciative.
