Because Amazon sent seven very hard to get music CD's in a large floppy envelope, they were crushed and ruined. Guess what? When they reshipped to replace them they did they exactly the same thing AFTER I asked them to please box them for protection. Boxes are too expensive I was told. After the second batch was crushed and ruined I sent them all back in a box. They promptly suspended my account for 60 days for returning too many items too quickly.
I told them just to CANCEL and remove my entire account FOR EVER!
The audacity of them blaming me for their stupidity was too much.
So I don't care what they have I will not spend my money with them ever again.
