Have you tried a different cable?

I haven't tried new cable. I connected it to the cable box instead of TV and had same results. I don't have another optic cable. Will have to get one.

Found a new cable in my junk box I didn't know I had. Will try it tonight and see if it fixes the problem.

Try a different soundbar from a different manufacturer. Hate to say it, but Polk's soundbars are rife with problems.
