My Polk Audio Soundbar keeps disconnecting from wi-fi, as if there is no signal, then it reconnects

I have Google Fiber with the modem/router in the same room.... 10 feet away..... and my Polk Soundbar still keeps cutting out while it's playing Pandora. The Alexa ring is red, and if I ask her anything, she says "I'm having trouble understanding you right now".... as if the wi-fi has disconnected. Any ideas what I should try?

Give your internet equipment a reset, meaning router and modem.

Also curious on which band your using 2.4 or 5GHz? Have you ever done a speed test of your WiFi?

Having same issue. The soundbar operates on 5Hz. If you have dual band try switching to the higher band.

I had similar issue. Like to share a trick that worked for me. I changed the power input to a wall socket from an extended power point. This means that your power supply may be the culprit. Just try doing this. It worked for me.
