scanspeak beryllium have landed

I picked up a set of Tyler highland H2 that have all scanspeak revelator drivers and beryllium dome tweeters. The speakers are 200 lbs and the room is a little small for them BUT they are not overloading the room. Actually quite the opposite. They have 2 10"woofers but, they are well balanced and not bloated at all. Suprised the heck put of me.

I need to dial them in and adjust the feet but i couldn't wait and wanted to hook them up quick.

    They will be. These things are freaking huge but sound sweet. I have hit them with everything from America to Diana Krall to Santanna and Metallica. So far they have handled it all. I was hitting 85 db at times. Time to try yoshi and see how they dig down lol.

    Btw, the wife has not seen them in person yet. She only has seen pictures. Funny, last time she left me alone Saturday i bought a corvette and now these.

    Ivan, I went another direction :) They came up for sale locally. When i say local, I mean 10 minutes away. I asked some questions on them and the next thing he shot me a price i couldn't turn down. He also helped load AND unload!.

    Actually i will be selling the c6 center channel speaker soon. It haven't been hooked up since i sold off the pioneer sc27. I got that sound bar / sub combo for like 80$ on a Christmas special.
    The dual 12 sub next to the right speaker will probably be sold off as well. The wife actually still wants it there because " it looks stupid without something in its place".

    Checking it out off axis since the wife is in the sweet spot this morning.

    The speaker that is on the right between the tv and Tyler is a dual 12"sub. It has a plate amplifier on the back
    I cannot find much info on it. The amp says amplitude made in china on the back but no model number and nothing comes up in a Google search. I took it in as part of a trade around 10 years ago or so. I haven't pulled a woofer to see what brand they are.
