Well, the Sharks made it to round 2 in seven games. I guess game 7 was insane with four Shark’s goals in about 4-5 minutes. Unfortunately, I was working and forgot about the game at the time. LOL

Anyway, will watch tomorrow’s game 1 against the Avalanche.

If they win this series they just might have a chance to win The Stanley Cup. That would be nice for Joe Thorton.

    My team didn’t make the playoffs. Out of the teams that made it i was hoping to see the lightning take it. But obviously that’s not going to happen.

    Yes. It is like the regular season is to make it to the playoffs as healthy as possible, and then go all out insane.

    Darn if I didn't watch game 1 last night. Sharks won! While I was home, I was working to nearly 11PM, and forgot all about it. I will be so glad to retire this Tuesday. Last day to work. :)

    The Boston Columbus matchup is becoming a fantastic series.

    I’m glad the Jackets pulled one out last night, but man they both fought hard til the end. Quite the spectacle.

    Yeah it was... Carolina knocked off the champs and now they are up 2-0 winning both of the Islanders home games.... But the Canes got a lot of guys banged up including their starting net minder.

    Check out the stats form the Boston/Columbus game on Saturday night.
    91 hits in the game. Compare that to the 40-50 hits per game in the other series. Tonight's game should be more of the same.

    I pay zero attention to sports, but a few years ago I got into hockey. It is nonstop action at 20 MPH.

    Whoever wins the SJ vs STL series is going to limp into the Stanley Cup. A lot of big hitters on both of those teams. It's going to be a good series.

    BOS vs CAR can go either way. The Bruins went undefeated against the 'Canes all season, but look at what the 'Canes have put together for a playoff run. If the B's top line can't figure their s*it out, then we could be looking at a first Carolina eastern championship since '06.

    I still have SJ winning it all in my bracket. But, my bracket is hot garbage since the first round so i don't check it anymore. ;)

    I don't have a dog in the fight so I am just being entertained by all of the close games and series (except for the sweeps by the Isles of the Pens and then by the Canes of the Isles) that was pretty rare.

    Yeah some guys are pretty banged up but that's the playoffs... Enjoy!!! Tonite is B's and Canes. I think it will be an interesting series but who knows.... Canes are playing with house money at this point so pressure is on the B's.
