Hi,
I have a Pair of Polk DB 690's for my car (6x9). These fit my old car fine, but do not fit my current car so I built a box for the speakers to put them under a seat in some spare space. In the process, the double tweeter tower thing came loose (still connected, just not tight like the other one) when I droped it out of the box onto the work station. I have not hooked the speaker up yet because I don't know if it will further damage it. Also, if it must be repaired, how much would polk charge to do so?

    Hello Gilace,
Thanks for posting on the Forum. The best thing to do is to send the broken speaker to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name and address and mention that I said we would replace the speaker, under warranty.
    Regards, Ken Swauger
