Bluetooth and Amazon music.

I have the Polk surround bar with built in Alexa. Speakers are very good, however, when I connect to bluetooth, it either connects then disconnects 10 seconds later, or when I ask Alexa to play a song from Amazon music, that also stops 10 seconds later??? What am i doing wrong? As speaker is brand new!

In my experience, I am not facing any problem while moving the music from Spotify to Amazon with the help of MusConv and, audio quality is also good.
