subwoofer psw10 issue

purchased subwoofer psw10 from amazon aug 30 2018. it has stopped working. wouldn't turn on. blown fuse. replaced fuse and plugged it in. fuse blew with a puff of smoke. how do I fix this

    Or throw it away and buy a real sub.
