Omni S2 failing



Hello, I have a Polk Omni s2, two actually and I like them, but one has an issue. It connects with DTS Play-Fi and plays normally for a few minutes, then the audio begins to pulse on and off, playing the same ¼ second over and over. Eventually it is disconnected from the Play-Fi app, play resumes on the pc/device and the pulsing continues on the speaker until unplugged. At this time it is still connected to the network (it can be pinged and webpaged) put not detected by the app.

What is wrong and what can I do about it?
