MagniFi Mini remote control NOT working

Just get my new MagniFi Mini. Anything OK, but remote control not working. Change batteries - nothing happend. Reset MagniFi Mini by pressing RESET button - nothing happend. Try to teach remote control from my TV, and it's work well. I read some topics that people have the same problems. Any ideas how to fix it? It's new. Don't want to go to service.
