It’s stuck almost all the way up. I turn it down and with in 30 seconds it turns its self back up. I mute it. It turns off mute in 30 seconds. I unplugged it. Let it set. Same issue continues. Spent way to much money on something that doesn’t work and it’s 5 months old.
