My PSW125 gets very hot after one hour in standby

Some time ago I posted a problem in this forum as follows:

According tips from to Ken Swauger, I'd sent e-mails to Kim Jasper, with an answer asking me about some information abaout me and my PSW125, but no further constact.

Unfortunately my messages to people from Polk was not answered after that. Now I have a new question: can I use an alternative amplifier on my PSW125, like the item below
Polk Audio PSW111 & RF111 Amplifier RF1145-2 (100-240v)?

Be sure I need to fix my PSW125 not for free. I want to buy an amplifier from Polk or from eBay.
