signa S1 no sound

Have had for 13 months, turned on today, no sound and all led lights are on. Tried to reset by unplugging for 15 minutes. Turned back on no sound then all led lights turned on again and on off switch and remote will not turn off. Any advice or is this a planned failure when just out of warranty
