Polka 5000 Soundbar not responding

I have called into the help desk for help but nothing is helping so I thought I would try again. Our sound bar only flashes red. (It used to work.) I tried to reset it by holding down the learn button but I have never seen an orange flashing light. The green has flashed a couple of faint flashes but then it turns to red again. I have tried holding the volume up and down buttons and I did once get a green flashing light briefly but them I couldn't select a source...they were frozen. Eventually, it went back to the red flashing light. Any other
suggestions. ( I have powered on and off and flicked the off/on switch off and on, too.)
