Signa S1 soundbar keeps turning off when watching TV.

I've had soundbar for 14 months with no problem until now. Is there a fix?

you might get a response from an idiot named Ken Swauger. he will tell you something about increasing the level of the sound source but he doesn't explain anything about how to do this
