Magnifi mini auto on when tv is off

Hi,
I bought a magnifi mini last year and it worked well with my old tv by using the red and while line to aux connection. Now I bought a new tv and connected via opical. And noticed that after both items is off, magnifi is turn on by it self. For example last night I turned off tv and magnifi but this morning magnifi light is turn on.
Would you please provide solution for me?
