IHT5500 Sound bar keep turning off, changing imputs, muting at random

I picked up a Polk 5500 Soundbar last month and never had an issue with it...till tonight that is.
It keeps changing Input settings, going to Bluetooth muting and turning off all on its own, as well the sound is going to **** at random as well...
anyone have this issue as well...
