Polk connect app not working

I’m not able to sign into the app.... goes as far as the screen that requests a person to select the location they are from... mine is a blank screen.... no listing or selection options. There is a next button on the bottom of the screen but it is greyed out so I can’t click it to try to skip the selection. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
