Onkyo Tx-Nr3010 powers on but no sound

my 3010 was working fine and I was doing some remodeling so it was boxed up for a couple months and when I plugeed it back in. it will power on but no sound. I did the reset still no sound. this is a nice unit and its less then 2 years old. Any help out there?

I did talk to a onkyo teck and he didnt say anything about checking a fuse. they had some units that had bad chips but according onkyo mine is not one that had the bad chip
