    So tonight, home after dinner, couple of Jack and Diet Cokes, office rig, EAR is back on line, those NOS 12AU7 Mullard's I got from my dear friend @joecoulson all warmed up, OMG!, I have to turn the gain down on the sub! These babies really have extended the bass! Wow!

    Maybe tomorrow! Yeah not blended seamlessly, but right now I'm really digging it! :)

    So today, had some time in the office to experience the EAR with the NOS Mullard 12AU7's.

    They replaced a pair of Sylvania CONN tubes that originally came with it.

    As I mentioned last night, immediately noticeable was the extension of bass! Have not yet adjusted the SVS sub, but it does need to be turned down a bit.

    I've noticed further extension at the higher end too. Little subtleties, never really noticed before. I'll give it a bit more listening, but so far very impressed!

    And the soundstage! Sitting at my desk in the usual spot, the width was improved, but the depth significantly increased! I was hearing sounds that appeared to be behind me!

    Last night, I just thought it was the Jack and Diet Coke, but today, same thing (not the Jack and Diet) :)

    Right now, at my desk, running Tidal, I am immersed in nearfield soundstage!

    So far, really loving these new Mullard's! Again thanks to @joecoulson for passing them onto me! :)

    And some comments on the Schitt Sys. Well, it's cute! Good to have on hand when troubleshooting for sure, but after I hooked it up to the system, everything got smaller. Overall range of the music diminshed, the soundstage shrunk considerably, and a bit of a veil enveloped everything.

    I'll keep that little guy for sure, certainly not a lot of coin, but most likely it will sit in the toolbox, until needed! :)

    The depth of stage is what I notice most with the Joule, the width is better, but, the depth is incredible. I've never noticed that with any if the SS stuff I've ran.
