Club Polk is such a special place. Karma abounds!
A place where thoughts/ideas are shared. Encouragement is given, and received.
A place where knowledge/experience is shared.
A place where friendship and camaraderie abound. No matter where you are in your journey, what your tastes are, your budget, your experience and knowledge - you are most welcome here!
Including Cassette Tape people! Not sure if I qualify as a Tapehead yet, but there are others out there!

I for one, went down memory lane, after discovering that there are quite a few bands (5 Finger Death Punch caught my attention) newly releasing there music on cassette tapes!

So recently, I snagged a player. 15 bucks. Minimal TLC, got the baby purring.
Sure enough, Mark, @mhardy6647 , affectionately known as Doc, or Professor decided to Karma a collection of cassette tapes for me. Wow! All of which are new to me (except the Boston tape). Lots of playing and fun this weekend. Especially looking forward to the Clapton/BB King tape.
All I can say is. thank you very much Mark! Karma does indeed abound here on CP!

Neither did I, but... it was in my basement
Those of you familiar with that album will know it is a particularly good sounding recording. A quick listen to the cassette suggests it's pretty good quality as well.
Folks here have done so much to help me out here over the years (and shown such generosity) that I'll never even up the karmic equation, but I am happy to help/enable when I can.
This is a special place (Vanilla forum s/w platform notwithstanding ).
