Cannot reach customer support

I recently purchased a MagniFi Mini soundbar from the polkaudio.com website, but I the device which arrived does not work. To be precise, there is no sound from the soundbar at all.

I have been trying to get to customer service but no luck. I tried sending an email, and got an automatic response which said Pol will contact me back, but nothing after that.

I've tried calling the 18003777655 number and pressed 4 for returns, no one picked up for about 15 minutes. I left a message there too, and didn't get any call again.

Feels like I'll spend the entire 45 day return period waiting to be contacted by polk.

Is there any way I can get in touch with someone or atleast speak to an executive instead of listening to the hold music on call?

Would greatly appreciate any help from this forum as I'm running out of options.

    Could you please look into my issue as well?

    There was an emergency evacuation of the Vista, CA. site, accounting for the inability of getting a phone response. You should be contacted by Polk soon.
