Polk MagnifiMax Volume goes all the way up

Our soundbar has all of a sudden going to max volume 100% of time. We can’t even use it. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve?

Sorry you're having a problem. You can try unplugging the AC power cord wait for a few minutes, reconnect the power cord and see if it's working correctly. If not call Polk at: 1-800-377-7655 and follow the prompts for soundbar help.

Thx! We did both of those - unfortunately neither worked - alas - Black Friday and it seems they are closed. Thought maybe someone else would have had the same issue.

I've had similar problems, holding the volume-up button upon releasing the button the volume would continue to go up, same thing happens with the volume-down button.
