Hi . My sound bar is unusable due to the fact that whilst watch tv it will turn itself up to 100% volume and I have to pull the plug I’ve tried factory reset but still no fix

Never heard of this one before, just add it to the neverending list of problems. So ridiculous

Try to take a look into your tv settings, i also had it before. Changed hdmi volume to low and that problem was gone, just before a lot of other problems were created. :-/
Otherwise try delete it from your home app.
