I Dish TV. I went to put my TV on mute & it wouldn't work. So I tried the polk remote control and now it is not connected at all. I have the regular sound on my TV but I want the Polk set back up and don't know how to do it. I have tried to call for 2 days and can't get through on the telephone line. I was left no instructions from Frontier when they installed this about a year ago so I need help.
