Another blown amp PSW125

Good afternoon.
I never push my Polk PSW125 and I even keep the DB on the amp in the negatives but today I turned it up a little bit and it just lost power. I opened it up and the fuse was blown. I put a new fuse in and it blew immediately. I bought this setup awhile ago and never registered these or have any proof of purchase. I’m pretty SOL huh. I have two TsI500 towers that I really love and a CS20 center. Was thinking of getting some Polk surrounds but after reading the failure rate I’m not so sure now. Does anyone know where I can get a new amp?
The sub amps fail, which is inexcusable don't get me wrong, but the passive speakers DON"T fail. No reason not to get the surrounds, just don't buy anything from polk. HSU or SVS are really solid options, and as mentioned earlier if you have any DIY skills go over to parts express.Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es

How do you even order psw125 parts. My backplate is burnt again. I replaced my original one with a perfect match but I'm really bummed my second one is done. I have an entirely Polk system with denon 5.2 receiver. My downfacing sub never misses a beat but this darn 125 just doesn't seen nearly as reliable but boy does it sound good paired with a downfacing polk sub...awesome!

This just ain't right.
Had 5 of my 7 subs fail on my Infinity Prelude MTS'.
What sucks is they're no longer supported.
Will try to help someone else keep theirs up and running, I'll be parting them out.
Other thing that stinks is I have 7 MTS towers with no sub to match with.
I'm moving on and cutting my losses.
What a shame, these were some sweet speakers.
So sad......
Hope you get your subs taken care of. -

If you think PSW125 sounds good, you haven’t done enough shopping around. It is also well-known for reliability issues.
