It probably wasn't reported to them that a liftgate was needed. That's about $100 add on for delivery. I definitely understand the driver being upset on that one.
He wasn’t upset. Was cool as a cucumber. Just giving me a hard time. He had a hand truck that he let me use. Everything was out of the truck and into my garage in 10 minutes, max. He even gave me the pallet to use for kindling in the fire pit. Yup...... I wouldn't mind a pair myself, but I will be honest they wont work well downstairs for what I am using (and would look super small once the sonotubes got built), but would be overkill for the loft (and I'd be scared of the kids getting ahold of em lol)...
