Sub not turning on.

Hi,
I have a PSW505 that will not "turn on" Wired to TSI500's in a bi amp configuration.
Worked great for a year. Light on the sub amp is on but no Sub sound. Any help would be great.

It would be best to call Polk at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and have the sub's serial number available when you call.
