Soundbar 2000 Not Working - Red LED On

I have a Soundbar 2000 that quit working. Red LED light comes on indicating power but the bar will not turn on. I've been on the phone with Customer Support (who was very helpful) but they said that its broken and out of warrantee. I understand that its three years old and past its warrantee, but I also have an SB1 and FR1, and now I am worried about them having the same issue....
I have always really like Polk products, I have three sets of Car speakers and an amplifier on top of my three sound bars, but now I am hesitant to buy another Polk soundbar for fear that I will end up with the same issue, and potentially 3 bad soundbars.
Has anyone else had a similar problem or know of a fix? Any help is appreciated.

I just found that I have the same problem. I have had the soundbar for about 5 years and love it! I have not contacted support yet to see if it can be fixed or not.

It would be best to contact Polk at 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 for support. -
