Better late than never, I hope!
Here's the deal: this lens is a 1970s era zoom made for Vivitar (Ponder & Best's pseudo-brand for camera accessories). The lens is a "Series 1" (the "premium" line from Vivitar) 70 to 210 mm f/3.5 macro zoom. This particular lens has a fixed Canon FD mount. This is the old (i.e. obsolete) mount used by Canon on 35 mm film SLRs and, unfortunately, won't work on modern Canon cameras of any kind AFAIK.
This said, if you happen to have an FD mount Canon (e.g., an F-1) and if you were interested in an elderly zoom for it -- this could be your chance! Alternatively, there's a cottage industry of adaptors that can adapt pretty much any lens mount ever to work on a modern DSLR or mirrorless, interchangeable lens digital camera. I can in no way guarantee that this lens'd be useful so adapted, but maybe, who knows, you might get lucky!
Here's some info on the 70-210 mm lens(es) sold by Vivitar over the years:

This one appears to be the "Version 1" morph (I think).
Ken Rockwell seemed to sort of like it in Nikon mount (for better or worse ).

This particular lens is in good shape overall, works (AFAIK) as it should -- and I am pretty darned sure that my son (the mathematics professor-photographer) actually used it to take some film photos at some point (yes, he does have a Canon F-1, despite his being a Nikon fanboy like his ol' dad). I cannot 100.000% guarantee full functionality, but I am cautiously optimistic!
