Yes we do. Thats a really nice deal for someone looking to be at that level. Thats a really nice amount of savings. It's also due to the fact the newer models are rolling out.

You have to step up to the 701 to get pre outs.

These aren't your father's Elites. Nice, but not awesome.

Indeed -- given that Onkyo owns the Pioneer brand/name now for home A/V, if I recall correctly.

You are right. No pre outs? Only zone two and subwoofer Pre outs. I thought for sure at $999.00 retail it would automatically have them. Peace. Ds8u89nb5r3tv.png

Similar specs and pricing to the SC-91 I picked up a couple years ago. Runs a 5.1 satellite system pretty well. Ironically, it replaced an older Onkyo.

999 retail and no pre outs is a joke... This is a $500 receiver, imo

You can save two cents if you act now, apparently.

I mean, if youse guyses are itching to spend a few hunnert bucks, you really might want to look at that "Monoprice" (generic) PP EL84 stereo integrated amplifier -- on sale for less than $250 this weekend, it appears.

I guy on this forum who I trust for their opinions and recommendations. Helped steer me to the best MIT speaker cables for the money said. Monoprice makes nothing worth buying. Peace. D

There is a new UHD Universal Player coming. I'm gonna check it out as soon as it comes out. I'm hoping to take one home and put it up against my Oppo 203

I have this 502, and I agree with VR3, the lack of pre's and additional inputs for separate coax and toslink is a drawback. I've had to run my Touch through my N-50 as there is only one input for CD and none for aux. Most of the analog inputs are just duplicates of the HDMI. I have not found a way to separate the inputs.

The performance is very good and the ability to passthrough UHD/Dolby 10 and Atmos made it a good paring for my Vizo 55" P series monitor. I do get some handshaking issues with my Pioneer BDP 85 from time to time, but overall It does the job.
