Polk Magnifi Mini soundbar issue - need assistance

I bought a Polk Magnifi Mini soundbar last week from Amazon US. I’m from Brazil and I bought it while travelling to America last week. Yesterday I got home and was able to test my new sound bar. It worked flawlessly. After 10 minutes working, I proceeded to setup the device for use with the google home app. After the test sound was played by the unit, no sound will play from the speaker at all. The speaker remains responsive to input commands, but no audio will play from any of the input methods. All controls work fine, LEDs indicator showing that they are working I have tried the analog aux input, the optical, the HDMI ARC (that previously worked), bluetooth, and google casting to no success.

I am really worried that Google Home App bricked my product and that I won’t be able to repair it.
Any advice?
