Polk Magnifi Mini Subwoofer no longer working

Subwoofer fails to connect to the SoundBar either automatically or manually. Have tried everythig over last few weeks but to no effect. Help!!!

It would be best to contact Polk at 1-800-377-7655 select option 1.
